Grassy area available?
The concrete setup charge only applies for a petting zoo with large farm animals (Babies 4 Babies, Little Rancher, or Big Tex). If we are forced into a garage by rain, there is no extra charge, but if you simply don't have a grassy area, or for some reason prefer for us to set up on concrete, there will be a $15 charge added to the total price for extra materials and time for setup and cleanup.

Note: These are the start and end time for the critters to be present. Your actual party may start sooner or end later, of course. We will arrive 15-30 minutes before the above start time to allow time to set up.

All of the following terms and conditions must be initialed by you. In the box to the right of each clause, please fill in your initials. To ensure conformity your initials will be checked against your first and last name when you submit this form.

Cathy's Critters needs convenient parking. We must be able to locate the trailer within 200 ft of the setup area.

A 50% deposit is required on all events. We accept cash, personal checks, and Paypal. Balance is due on day of event. Balance may be paid by personal check or cash.

We reserve the right to substitute, change or not include animals for any reason. Our main concern is ALWAYS the health, comfort and safety of our animals.

We are insured. If any person or place requires an additional insurance policy to be purchased for an event, we need at least 48 hours to process through our insurance company. There will be an additional charge for additional insurance. Please cover this issue with Cathy's Critters in advance of the event.

If the event is canceled because of weather, the entire deposit will be refunded. If canceled by you for any other reason, the deposit is nonrefundable. Refund will be made contingent upon www.weather.com showing precipitation in your ZIP code during the time scheduled for your party.

If our services are required for longer than the agreed-upon time, we will stay over at the rate stated above, if there is no conflict with an event we have scheduled afterward. In the case of the event running longer than planned, we will discreetly ask the host at 15 minutes before the pre-arranged closing time whether he or she would like us to stay on, or start packing up. If we do not verbally confirm with you that the party is running over time, you will not be responsible for the additional time.
