Grassy area available?
The concrete setup charge only applies for a petting zoo with large farm animals (Babies 4 Babies, Little Rancher, or Big Tex). If we are forced into a garage by rain, there is no extra charge, but if you simply don't have a grassy area, or for some reason prefer for us to set up on concrete, there will be a $15 charge added to the total price for extra materials and time for setup and cleanup.

Terms & Conditions

All of the following terms and conditions must be initialed by you. In the box to the right of each clause, please fill in your initials. To ensure intent your initials will be checked against your first and last name when you submit this form.

Cathy's Critters needs convenient parking. We must be able to locate the trailer within 200 ft of the setup area.

A 50% deposit is required on all events. We accept cash, checks, and Paypal. Balance is due on day of event. Balance may be paid by check or cash. Exceptions to the deposit requirement are made, but must be confirmed with Cathy's Critters on an individual basis.

We reserve the right to substitute, change or not include animals for any reason. Our main concern is ALWAYS the health, comfort and safety of our animals.

We are insured. If any person or place requires an additional insurance policy to be purchased for an event, we need at least 48 hours to process through our insurance company. There will be an additional charge for additional insurance. Please cover this issue with Cathy's Critters in advance of the event.

If the event is canceled because of weather, the entire deposit will be refunded. If canceled by you for any other reason, the deposit is nonrefundable. Refund will be made contingent upon www.weather.com showing precipitation in your ZIP code during the time scheduled for your party.

I have read and understand the guidelines and suggestions for festivals, including the sections on bare feet, kindness to animals, sanitizing hands, providing attendants for ticket collection (if applicable), setting up on concrete, and presence of Cathy's Critters' banner and business cards at the event.
